We connect property owners, agents, and investors with certified valuators. Apprazzr itself does not issue valuations — we provide the secure digital infrastructure that makes the process faster and more transparent.
3. User Accounts
- Account registration is required for access to full platform functionality.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
- Any misuse of your account may result in suspension or termination.
4. User Responsibilities
By using Apprazzr, you agree not to submit false, misleading, or unlawful property information. You bear full responsibility for the accuracy of all data you provide.
5. Valuator Responsibilities
Valuators confirm that they are duly licensed and operating within relevant legal frameworks. Apprazzr does not verify or warrant the enforceability of any valuation produced.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content — including logos, design systems, and workflows — is owned by Apprazzr and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Apprazzr. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last six (6) months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
